## Installed simulators

All the simulators were supplied in at least 5 computers interconnected to a LAN configuration. All the software works under LINUX operating system.

**I. Put into operation simulators:**

A simulator for a power plant with a common steam line. The simulator includes 2 oil and gas fired drum boilers with 14 MPA nominal pressure in the drums and 2 turbines. The 1-st boiler is the 420 tons/hour TGM-84B boiler. The 2-nd boiler is the 500 tons/hour TGME-464 boiler. The 1-st turbine is the 60 MW PT-60 electricity-steam supply-and-heat turbine. The 2-nd turbine is 100 MW T-100 electricity-and-heat turbine.

The simulator with minor changes has been working in the following places:

- Krasnoyarsk power utility - Training center - from 1999.
- Norilsk power utility - Training center - from 1999.
- Astrakhan power utility - Training center - from 2000.
- Volgograd power utility - Volshsk city power plant - from 2000.
- Nizhni Novgorod power utility - Training center - from 2001.
- Samara power utility - Power plant of the auto factory - from 2002.
- Vladimir power utility - Vladimir city power plant - from 2002.
- Ryazan power utility - Dyagelevo power plant - from 2003.

A simulator for 100 MW oil and gas fired 14 MPA drum boiler power unit with TGME-464 boiler and T-100 turbine has been working in:

- Orel power utility - Orel city power plant - from 1997.
- Lipetsk power utility - Lipetsk city 2

A simulator for a power plant with a common steam line. The simulator includes 2 oil and gas fired drum boilers with 14 MPA nominal pressure in the drums and 2 turbines. Both boilers are the 420 tons/hour TGM-84B boiler. Both turbines are the 60 MW PT-60 electricity-steam supply-and-heat turbine.

The simulator has been working in:

- Yaroslavl power utility - Training center - from 2001.

A simulator for 250 MW supercritical power unit with gas and oil fired 1000 tons/hour once-through boiler TGMP-314 and the electricity-steam supply-and-heat turbine T-250/300-240. The nominal pressure at the turbine inlet is 24 Mpa.

The simulator has been working in:

- Moscow power utility - Moscow 26

A simulator for 250 MW supercritical power unit with gas and oil fired 1000 tons/hour once-through boiler TGMP-344 and the electricity-steam supply-and-heat turbine T-250/300-240. The nominal pressure at the turbine inlet is 24 Mpa.

A simulator for gas and coal fired supercritical twin boilers 250 MW power unit with two 500 tons/hours TPP-210A boilers the electricity-steam supply-and-heat turbine T-250/300-240 and with no a feed-water tank at the power unit thermal diagram.

A simulator for a power plant with a common steam line. The simulator includes 4 oil and gas fired drum boilers with 14 MPA nominal pressure in the drums and 2 turbines. Both boilers are the 210 tons/hour BKZ-210 ones. The 1-st turbine is the 60 MW PT-60 electricity-steam supply-and-heat turbine. The 2-nd turbine is 110 MW T-110 electricity-and-heat turbine.

The simulator has been working in:

- Tver power utility - Tver city power plantfrom - from 2003.

A simulator for a power plant with a common steam line. The simulator includes 2 oil and gas fired drum boilers with 14 MPA nominal pressure in the drums and 2 turbines. Both boilers are the 490 tons/hour TGM-96A ones. Both turbine are the 80 MW PT-80 electricity-steam supply-and-heat ones.

The simulator has been working in:

A simulator for a power plant with a common steam line. The simulator includes 2 oil and gas fired drum boilers with 14 MPA nominal pressure in the drums and 2 turbines. The 1-st boiler is the 490 tons/hour TGM-96A one. The 2-nd boiler is the 490 tons/hour TGM-96B one. The 1-st turbine is the 80 MW PT-80 electricity-steam supply-and-heat one. The 2-nd turbine is the 100 MW T-100 electricity-and-heat turbine.

A simulator for a power plant with a common steam line. The simulator includes 2 gas and coal fired drum boilers with 14 MPA nominal pressure in the drums and 2 turbines. Both boilers are the 420 tons/hour TP-87 ones. The 1-st turbine is the 65 MW PT-65 electricity-steam supply-and-heat one. The 2-nd turbine is the 100 MW T-100 electricity-and-heat turbine.

A full-scale complex simulator-analyzer for processes of functioning a power plant’s electrical equipment. It has been working in:

A 200 MW oil fired 14 Mpa drum boiler simulator.

The simulator includes 680 tons/hour oil fired drum boiler with intermediate steam reheating TGME-206 and condensing turbine K-200. The simulator had been working at the Nassiria power plant in IRAQ from June of 2002 till March of 2003 (start of the IRAQ war). In addition the simulator was twice used as a technical base for international competition to compare professional skills of fossil power plant operators.

The nominal pressure at the turbine inlet is 24 Mpa. The simulator is installed in the main learn-and-study center of the Russian power industry. The simulator was used in 1999 and 2002 as the technical base for the operator skills competitions.
